Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.
How to track your order
- Open your shipping confirmation email from Renime.
- Click the Track your shipment link, or copy your tracking number.
- Follow your parcel with the carrier using that tracking number.
Haven’t received a tracking email yet? Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (personalized items may take a little longer). If it has been longer than that, reach us through our Contact page with your order number and we’ll help right away.
