Cancellation Policy

We begin preparing your order soon after it is placed, and many of our pieces are personalized or made to order. If you need to cancel, please contact us as quickly as possible.

Cancellation window

• Within 12 hours of ordering: you may cancel for a full refund, provided personalization or production has not yet begun.
• After production or engraving has started: because personalized items are made specifically for you, cancellations may no longer be possible.
• After your order has shipped: orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched — please see our Returns & Refund Policy.

How to request a cancellation

Email us through our Contact page with your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line. We respond within 24 hours.

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
