Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Standard shipping (US): Free on orders $39+, otherwise $4.95. 3–7 business days.
Express shipping (US): $9.95. 2–3 business days.
International: $14.95–24.95 depending on destination. 7–21 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking updates within 24–48 hours.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact hello@renime.com with your order number and we’ll investigate.

International customers are responsible for customs and import duties. These are not reflected at checkout and are charged by your local carrier.
