If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — opened or unopened.
How to start a return
- Email hello@renime.com with your order number.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Drop the package at any USPS location.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return. Funds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email hello@renime.com with photos within 7 days. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
